Henry Byrla advises on tax structuring and the tax aspects of transactions. Among his clients are national and international private investors and companies. He also advises his clients in tax disputes and litigation as well as on questions of international tax law.

Henry Byrla was admitted to the bar in 2019. Prior to joining Andersen, he worked as a research assistant during his legal clerkship at Beiten Burkhardt, among others.
